MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Lock University men’s soccer team (4-4-2) fell to No. 6 Millersville University (7-1) 3-0 today on the road.
The Bald Eagles went down 2-0 in the 19th minute after Millersville’s Dan Prian scored twice just 1:33 apart.
The Marauders led 3-0 at halftime after they tacked on the third goal of the match, with just over three minutes to go in the opening 45 minutes of play.
LHU goalkeeper Chris Custer (Aston, Pa./Sun Valley) made five saves to help keep Lock Haven in the match throughout.
The Bald Eagles return to action on Wednesday, September 30 at 4 p.m. when they travel to take on Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West rival Slippery Rock. The Haven will look to avenge 1-0 loss from earlier in the season.
