LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) has released the 2009-10 PSAC West Preseason Women’s Basketball Coaches Poll and the Lady Eagles have been picked to finish eighth.

California (Pa.) was tabbed as the preseason favorite in the PSAC West Poll. Gannon and IUP, sit at two and three.

West Chester was picked first in the PSAC East Poll.
