LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) has released the 2009-10 PSAC West Preseason Men’s Basketball Coaches Poll and the Bald Eagles have been picked to finish eighth.

No. 6 IUP was picked to finish atop the PSAC Western Division with California (Pa.) and Gannon rounding out the top three teams.

Kutztown earned the top spot in the PSAC East poll.
