LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The No. 6 Lock Haven University lacrosse team (4-2, 3-1 PSAC) was clicking on all cylinders today at Charlotte Smith field as the Lady Eagles cruised past visiting Millersville University (2-3, 1-3 PSAC) 25-13 in conference action.
The Lady Eagles were led by sophomore Leigh Titus (Towaco, N.J./Montville), who scored a game-high nine goals.
Junior Jessica Blickenstaff (Thurmont, Md./Catoctin) wasn’t far off the pace with a seven-goal effort.
Senior midfielder Caitlyn Watts (Willow Grove, Pa./Archbishop Wood) had five goals.
Junior Amber Hoch (Souderton, Pa./Souderton) had a game-high four assists.
Sophomore goalie Kira Nuttall (Towson, Md./Loch Raven) made 13 saves in net for the Haven.
The Lady Eagles are back in action when they play host to Gannon University on Monday night (March 31) at 7 p.m. in an important non-conference match up.
