LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Junior Chelsea Morse (Beaver Dams, N.Y./Campbell-Savona) of the Lock Haven University women’s track & field team was named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Field Athlete of the Week for her recent efforts in leading the Lady Eagles.

Competing at LHU’s Elliston Early Bird meet, the 2007 Outdoor All-American won the high and long jump events.

Morse won the high jump with a mark of 5-07.00, which is a NCAA provisional qualifying mark.

She also won the long jump with a mark of 18-00.50.

Morse and her teammates are back in action this weekend at the PSAC West Challenge.
