TACOMA PARK, Md. – Led by six players in double-figures, the Lock Haven University women’s basketball (2-4) picked up its second win of the young season as the Lady Eagles cruised past Columbia Union (0-10) 95-45 on the road today.
Malika Miller (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) led the way with a team-high 21 points leading six players, whom scored in double-figures.
Miller was the leader all over the court tonight for the crimson and white as she also grabbed six boards to go along with seven assists.
For the second night in a row Casi Donelan (Fairfax, Va./Goldey-Beacom) has a strong outing. She scored 12 points to go along with a team-high seven rebounds.
Katie Kendall (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) and Lauren Kelshaw (Weatherly, Pa./Weatherly) were strong offensively for LHU tonight with 14 and 11 points, respectively.
Milan Dry (Baltimore/Dunbar) chipped in with 10 points and five rebounds.
Lock Haven cruised from the start in Tacoma Park and led 49-20 at halftime.
The Lady Eagles are back in action on Monday, Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. when they travel to Wilmington (Del.) College.
