LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women’s basketball team (3-8) fell to Mansfield University (4-6) 73-65 this afternoon in Thomas Fieldhouse in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover action.
The Lady Eagles had four players score in double figures in the loss.
Sharay Hall (Philadelphia/Carver) had a double-double on the hardwood this afternoon scoring 11 points and grabbing a game-high 12 boards.
Peaches Nesmith (Philadelphia/Northeast) flirted with a double-double as she grabbed a game-high 16 points and added eight rebounds.
Casi Donelan (Fairfax, Va./Goldey-Beacom) helped pace The Haven with 12 points, five assists and three steals.
Senior Lauren Kelshaw (Weatherly, Pa./Weatherly) had another solid outing for the Lady Eagles with 10 points and four assists.
Guard Malika Miller (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) played strong in the backcourt scoring eight and grabbing all five of her rebounds on the defensive end.
Mansfield was led by three players in double-figures.
The Lady Eagles return to action on the road on Saturday, Jan. 10 against East Stroudsburg University. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
