KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men’s basketball team (2-11) lost 98-58 on the road at Kutztown University (11-2) today.
The Bald Eagles had three players in double figures.
Tyrone Palmer (Darby, Pa./Parkway) and Kelvin McLean (Newport, Va./Heritage) both scored 12 points apiece to help pace LHU’s effort.
McLean had a solid outing all around adding nine rebounds and five assists.
Palmer had eight rebounds.
Andres Carpio (Beacon N.Y./Beacon) added 11 points in the loss.
Warren Christian (Baltimore, Md./Catonsville C.C.) turned in a strong performance, knocking down eight points while also grabbing 10 boards.
The Bald Eagles are back in action on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m. when they travel to Edinboro to kick off Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division play.
