Quotes from of the coach:

LHU head coach Andy Weager is very excited leading up to Terray’s National Championship performance hoping she can repeat what happened in ’08, if not exceed it.

“I’m really looking forward to this year's nationals,” Waeger said. “Amanda has worked extremely hard to get ready for this meet. She may be one of the few swimmers qualified, who didn't do so in a technical suit, but she will have one for this weekend. So I think there is some real potential for her to do well this week.”

“We are hoping to match or exceed last years successes, but the field is a lot faster and deeper this year, so it will take a really good morning swim for Amanda to put herself in position to do so,” added Waeger. “Something we have talked about the past few weeks.”

Terray’s Schedule:

50 freestyle trials – Wednesday, 10 a.m. Event #5 (*Finals are schedule for Wednesday night)

100 backstroke trials – Friday, 10 a.m. Event #24 (*Finals are schedule for Friday night)

200 backstroke trials – Saturday, 10 a.m. Event #34 (*Finals are schedules for Saturday night)
