Despite a strong offensive effort from several players the Lady Eagles fell in 78-73 OT on the road today.

GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women’s basketball team (1-3) fell on the road this afternoon, dropping a non-conference game to Seton Hill University (3-0) 78-73 in overtime.
The Lady Eagles led 43-24 after the first half of play, but found themselves tied heading in into extra time. Seton Hill outscored LHU 14-9 to take home the hard fought battle on their home court.
Leading the Lady Eagles today was Lauren Kelshaw (Weatherly, Pa./Weatherly). The junior guard netted a game-high 24 points marking a new career-high.
Sophomore Casi Donelan (Fairfax, Va./Goldey-Beacom College) had a big game for LHU, as she pulled in a double-double. She scored 10 points and pulled down a team-high 13 rebounds.
Donelan also dished out six assists.
Sophomore Kristin Kudrick (Harrison City, Pa./Penn Trafford) flirted with a double-double as she dropped 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
Malika Miller (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) and Kara Waltenbaugh (New Stanton, Pa./Hempfield) both had solid games as each scored eight points. Waltenbaugh also pulled in seven rebounds while Miller grabbed four.
The Lady Eagles are back in action on Monday, Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. when they travel to Goldey-Beacom College.
