LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven University women’s basketball team (6-14, 1-5 PSAC West) lost 71-54 at home tonight to the one of the nation’s best teams as the Lady Eagles dropped their Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West contest with No. 10 Indiana (Pa.) University.
Sophomore Kristin Kudrick (Harrison City, Pa./Penn Trafford) led Lock Haven with a 17-point night.
Kudrick got plenty of help from junior Lauren Kelshaw (Weatherly, Pa./Weatherly), the Haven’s leading scorer who knocked down 15 points.
Malika Miller (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) and Michelle Mitchell (Scranton, Pa./Lackawanna C.C.) both chipped offensively as they each scored eight and seven points, respectively.
Casi Donelan (Fairfax, Va./Goldey-Beacom College) pulled in a game-high rebounds.
The Lady Eagles are back in action on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. on the road at Slippery Rock University in a PSAC West Clash.
