MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Lock Haven University baseball team (13-27) dropped both games of a doubleheader at Millersville University (16-21) this afternoon.
The Bald Eagles lost 5-3 and 5-2.
In game one LHU’s three runs came off four hits and the Haven tacked on two runs in the second game on seven hits.
Junior shortstop Zach Schuler (Mt. Wolf, Pa./Spring Grove) had a big day at the plate for LHU going 5-for-6 over the two games today. In game one he was 2-for-3 with a homerun while he was 3-for-3 with two doubles in game two.
Evan Petro (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) went 2-for-3 in game one with a run scored and an RBI.
The Bald Eagles are back in action on Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. when they play host to Clarion University in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.
