WALNUT, Calif. – Three members of the Lock Haven University men’s and women’s track and field teams were honored with United States Track & Field and Cross County Coaches Association NCAA Division II Regional Awards.
Junior Chelsea Morse (Beaver Dams, N.Y./Campbell-Savona) was named East Region Women’s Field Athlete of the Year while senior Ryan Blood (Summerdale, Pa./East Pennsboro) was named East Region Men’s Track Athlete of the Year.
LHU assistant coach Chad Warren was named East Region Men’s Assistant Coach of the Year.
Morse and Blood are both in action at the NCAA Championships with kick off today.
