02/04/2010 Former Bald Eagle named new head football strength coach at Texas Tech

LUBBOCK, Texas – Joe Walker, a 2002 graduate of Lock Haven University and a former Bald Eagle football player was recently named the new head football strength coach at Texas Tech.
