(Indiana, Pa.) –  The Lock Haven University women’s lacrosse team (6-6, 5-4 PSAC) rolled to a 20-8 victory over Indiana (Pa.) University (1-12, 0-9 PSAC) this afternoon.  Freshman Jenna Richter ( Long Valley , N.J./West Morris Central) tallied 11 points off of four goals and seven assists while Diana Strizki (Flemington, N.J./Hunterdon Central) found paydirt six times in the win.
            The Lady Eagles had taken an 11-4 lead by the half, then proceeded to outscore their conference opponent 9-4 in the second period. Jenna Richter led the Lady Eagles in scoring with her four goals and seven assists. Diana Strizki added six goals to the score, while Mandy Alderfer (Harleysville/Souderton) contributed three goals and two assists. Also scoring for the Lady Eagles were Jean Kearney (Springfield/Springfield) and Sara Daley (Phoenixville/Spring-Ford), each with two goals.  Stephanie Wood (Califon, N.J./West Morris Central), Katie Kenney (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport) and Jessica Pease (New Milford/Blue Ridge) pocketed the remaining goals.
            Tending the net, Christie Dunning (Ivyland/Central Bucks East) accumulated seven saves.
            Indiana ’s Amy Hood had four goals while Jaclyn Rutkowski and Kristin Slemmer each accounted for two. Keeper Lauren Lee was credited with 11 saves.
          The Lock Haven University lacrosse team is home to face East Stroudsburg University on Mon., April 19, at 2 p.m.
