The Bald Eagles stayed within five of Gannon, including taking the lead on two occasions, for the first 12 minutes of the contest. The Golden Knights finished the remainder of the half on a 24-7 run that put the game at 46-23 at intermission.

LHU performed slightly better in the second half, losing that stanza 46-35.
