LHU Student-Athletes Earn NCAA Degree Completion Awards

(Lock Haven, Pa.) -  Two Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania student-athletes, Tara Trabosh (Pottsville/Pottsville Area) and Val George (New Oxford/New Oxford), were chosen to receive NCAA Division II Degree Completion Awards.
The NCAA Degree Completion Award assists student-athletes who have exhausted their eligibility but have not yet graduated in finishing their academic requirements necessary for a baccalaureate degree.  Requirements for the award include student-athletes who have received athletics-related financial aid, are within 30 semester hours of completing an undergraduate degree, and have a 2.00 cumulative grade point average.
