It is the second-straight East Region Female Athlete of the Year honor for senior sprinter Jennifer Farrow. She became Lock Haven’s first three-time outdoor All-American after placing fourth in the 400 meters (54.52) at this past weekend’s NCAA Division II National Championship. Farrow captured three titles at the 2003 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships, winning the 400 meters (55.41), the 200 meters (25.09) and anchoring the first-place 4x100 meter relay (47.81).  Over her career, she has garnered All-America on four occasions with three outdoor and one indoor accolade, and is also one of eight females in the PSAC to win four straight conference titles after capturing gold in the 400 meters all four seasons.
