LHU Volleyball's Kauffman Earns All-PSAC

Haven University of Pennsylvania volleyball’s Kristi Kauffman (York/Central York) was selected to the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC)
Women’s Volleyball team as released today.
Kauffman makes her inaugural appearance on the
All-PSAC list as a Western Division Second Team outside hitter.
The sophomore Lady Eagle led Lock Haven and was among conference leaders
in kills (305), attack percentage (.275), digs (410), service aces (57), and
also tallied a total of 25 blocks. Her
410 digs ranks her fifth on The Haven’s single-season digs chart.
Kauffman is a two-year letterwinner for the Lady Eagles who earned a
starting position this season after playing in just 34 games last year.
The 2002 Lock Haven volleyball team finished with an overall record of
11-19.
The PSAC Western Division’s Athlete, Rookie, and Coach of the Year
awards went to Indiana (Pa.) University’s Laura Hall, Brittany Gates, and
Carmine Cortazzo, respectively. The Eastern Division’s Athlete of the Year
was West Chester University’s Greta Neff, the Rookie of the Year was Ebany
Hetrick of Kutztown University, and the Coach of the Year honor went to Sharon
Bonaventure, also of Kutztown.
