KUTZTOWN, Pa. –
The No. 13 Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania women’s
swim team split a pair of dual meets this weekend
beating Millersville 79.00 to 39.00 and losing to
Kutztown 77.00 to 45.00.
Tatiana Patakyova
(Poprad-Matejouce, Slovak Republic/Gymnasium Pop.
Nabrezie) led
the way for the Lady Eagles, placing first in the
100-yard and 200-yard backstroke at 1:01.87 and 2:15.69,
respectively.
Junior
Diane Sujansky
(Plum, Pa./Plum) finished first in the 200-yard
breaststroke at 2:34.43 and
Kelly
Grieneisen (Pittsburgh,Plum) placed first in the
200-yard freestyle with 2:02.20.
The Lady Eagles take to
the pool again February 16-19 in West Chester, Pa., for
the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC)
