Indoor- Picked up All-PSAC status in the triple jump at third place in 17-feet-7 3/4, also taking fourth in the long jump (36' 8 1/2") ... Won the triple (36' 3 1/2") and was runner up in the long jump (17'5") at the PSAC West Challenge ... Earned runner-up status in the triple jump (36'6 3/4") at the DeSchriver Invite, also picking up fourth in the long jump (17'1 1/2") ... Took fifth in both the long jump (17'2") and the triple jump (36'2 3/4") at the Bison Open/Pentathlon ... Outdoor- Finished fifth in the triple jump at the PSAC Championships, leaping 37-feet-3 1/4, added a sixth in the long jump a 17-feet-5 1/2 distance ... 2003-04: Won the triple jump at the Kutztown Invitational, also placing third in the long jump ... Medaled at second in the triple jump and placed fifth in the 55 meters at the PSAC West Challenge ... Took third in the long jump at the Bucknell Open ... Placed fifth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump at the DeSchriver Invitational ... Took fifth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump at the Bison Opener ... Ran a leg of the sixth-place 4x400 relay at that event as well ... Took second in the 100 meter dash at the LHU Qualifier running unattached ... Redshirted the outdoor season ... PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
2002-03: Selected Academic All-America ... NCAA Division II Indoor and Outdoor championships qualifier and competitor in the triple jump… PSAC indoor champion in the triple jump… Also an All-PSAC long jumper during indoor and outdoor seasons… Named ECAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 11 after competing with the winning 4x200 meter relay, finishing second in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump at a meet at Susquehanna University … LHU Track & Field Most Valuable Field Athlete Award winner.
Prior to LHU: Competed one year for St. Francis University ... Earned North East Conference Rookie of the Week honors on one occasion.  
In High School: Was a nine-time PIAA state qualifier for and a six-time district champion for the Altoona Mountain Lions ... Was coached by Steve Rhodes.
