In High School – Three-time PIAA AA Champion in the 400 meters (2001, ’02, ’03)… Seven-time state championship medalist, winning three 400 meter titles and placing third as a freshman in 2000, finishing third twice in the 200 meters and as the runner-up in the 4x400 meter relay in 2000… Three-time District III champion in the 400 meters… Seven-time District III medalist… Five-time YAIAA champion, winning three 400m titles and two 200m titles… Two-time York Daily Record YAIAA Track & Field Athlete of the Year, earning the honor in 2002 and 2003… Four-time YDR YAIAA Track & Field All-Star… Three-time Athlete of the Year and a four-time First Team All-Area pick by the Hanover Evening Sun… Gettysburg Times Track  & Field Athlete of the Year in 2003 and a four-time All-Times team member… Gettysburg Times Outstanding Female Athlete of the 2002-03… Three-time Delone Catholic track Most Valuable Player.
