LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The
Lock Haven University women’s soccer program and head coach Heather
Kendra have been tabbed to finish third in the Pennsylvania State
Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Division by the opposing coaches today
(Aug. 25). Coach Kendra comes into her first season at LHU with high
hopes and looks to improve on last year’s second-place finish.
The Lady Eagles have three ranked opponents on their
schedule including the preseason No. 2 Adelphi University. LHU opens up
play on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 11 a.m. when they host West Chester
University in a PSAC crossover match-up. West Chester was tabbed to win
the PSAC East and also bring in a first year head coach. LHU looks to
get off to a great start before hosting California University (Pa.) on
Aug. 31 at 2 p.m. for their first PSAC West contest.
