Lock Haven University is home to almost 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students from all over the United States as well as from six continents, creating an atmosphere that fosters both cultural diversity and small town community.
Aside from its heritage and diversity, many students are drawn to Lock Haven University for its multitude of activities and organizations. Lock Haven University features many student and university-founded organizations that address a vast array of academic, cultural, political, social, and religious interests. Concerts, athletic events, theatrical performances, comedians, and international experiences are just some of the enriching experiences available to students, both on campus and in Lock Haven University's neighboring communities.

Students at Lock Haven have four different housing options. Students may live on campus in “The Suites”, “The Halls”, or Campus Village, or off-campus at Evergreen Commons.
The Student & Residence Life Office invites all on and off campus students to submit your dining plan requests here. Dining plans may be submitted via this link until Thursday, August 21st. After that date you must visit the Student & Residence Life Office at 219 Ulmer Hall.
