Creating the Schedule for COS

Step 1: Faculty/Sponsor Creates an Event

Event Submission Form (Please submit by March 25)
Use this form when submitting an event to the schedule.

Event Submission Update Form
Faculty/Sponsors can update event information using event ID and email.

Poster Sessions will again be in the Thomas Field House

Session 1: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Session 2: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Session 3: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Art and the Spoken Word will be in the PUB Multi-Purpose Room

Phi Kappa Phi Student Research Symposium will be in the
Robinson Hall of Flags

Other venues on request!

Event Submission Verification
Faculty/Sponsor can verify the information that will be posted to the web.

Step 2: Participants (student or faculty) register for “Sponsored Event”

Faculty/Sponsor can send the students the following link. The participant will select the Faculty/Sponsor's name from the list, the form will then display only the events you are sponsored. Participants can then enter their information (name and presentation title).

Poster Presentations - Guidelines and Printing

Free Poster Printing from Monday, April 6 to Friday, April 17 at Stevenson Library!
Posters printed after Friday, April 17, will cost the normal $5.00 fee. Poster dimensions 36” by 44” for more information (
