Are the three types of sampling need to be know? l Census – survey of the entire population , a census is a body of data collected from every member of the population of interest. Example. – every citizen of the usa l Survey – of a representative group of the population, it is a subset of people in your population of interest. l Cluster sampling – get a list of organizations or institutions related to topic of interest and select at random some of those groups and get a participant list from group. ???
