Rachel Gehret anchored Altoona's 4x400 meter relay to a meet record time of 4:01. with her
come-from behind 56-second split. Gehret also won the high jump and 200 meter dash in
record fashion (5' 6"/25.71) in addition to taking the long jump title with a leap of 18' 3-3/4"
