BOX OFFICE POLICIES

I.       Box Office Location and Hours

a.       Our box office is located in Sloan Hall, N. Fairview St., Lock Haven University, Lock Haven PA, 17745. Click here for a map of our location.

b.      Our window is opened M-F, 12:30-3:30 PM.  It is also opened an hour and a half before the curtain of each show.

 

II.    Methods for obtaining ticket(s)

a.    The first option is to simply visit our Sloan box office (once opened for a show) during the hours of M-F, 12:30-3:30.  When you do this, you will be able to pick up the ticket(s) that you need, if they're available.

                                                  i.      Tickets are sold/retrieved at a very quick rate.  There is a possibility that we will already be sold out of tickets when you visit our box office.

1.      To fix this solution, we recommend that you reserve your ticket(s) before visiting our box office.  This will guarantee the availability of your preferred ticket(s) when you come to pick them up from our office.

b.      If you are unable to reserve tickets, you can also obtain tickets directly before (on the night of) a performance from our box office.  However, we do not recommend you doing this without reserving your tickets first.  It is possible and likely that tickets will be sold out at this time.

 

III. Methods for reserving ticket(s)

a.       The easiest option is by making reservations online.  You simply fill out the form on our website and within one business day you will receive a confirmation email from a representative of our box office saying that your ticket has officially been reserved.

                                                  i.      If the seats that you'd like to reserved are unavailable, our box office will contact you and try to find other seats that are suitable for your party.  (This is strictly for main-stage productions. Studio shows are strictly general admission.)

b.      Another method is to call our box office.  If you call during our opened hours (12:30-3:30), you will talk to a representative.  If you call during any other time, you will receive our answering system and be prompted to leave a message.  A representative will contact you within one business day to confirm your reservations.  See clause II.a.i. above.

 

IV.  Retrieving your reserved ticket(s)

a.       Once you make your reservation and have received a confirmation from a box office representative, your ticket is ready for retrieval.

                                                  i.      To retrieve the ticket(s) that you have reserved, please stop by our window in Sloan (click here for a map) during our opened hours (12:30-3:30 M-F, and 6:00-8:00 on performance nights).

1.      Your ticket(s) will be held until 7:30 PM on the performance night you are attending.  For example, if you reserve a ticket for a performance on the night of February 25th, you have until 7:30 PM, February 25th to retrieve your tickets.

a.      If you do not pick your ticket up by this time, it will no longer be held by the Box Office and will be available for others to obtain it.
