Monthly Enrollment Verification Requirements for GI Bill Recipients
All Chapter 1606, Chapter 1607, and Chapter 30 beneficiaries (i.e. veterans, reservists, and guardsmen who receive GI Bill benefits) must verify their enrollment on a monthly basis (i.e. on or after the last day of the month) either:
1)
by calling 1-877-823-2378 on a touch-tone phone if the student’s
enrollment has not changed – OR
2)
by going to the VA's

Enrollment (WAVE)

student must use WAVE if there has been any change in his/her enrollment.
Please note that, using either the phone or
WAVE method, students will verify
the prior month’s enrollment. For
example, on or after August 31st, 2007 a GI Bill recipient will
verify August 2007 enrollment.
