Medical Care Policy

A certified Athletic Trainer will be on duty during all camp sessions to provide routine health care.  Water and Ice will be provided.  Please bring your own water bottle to refill as needed at camp.  Cups will not be provided.  Ice will be available for injuries.  Parents are responsible for providing health insurance and for taking financial responsibility for any medical bills incurred.  Medical forms will be sent to all registered campers and must be completed and returned prior to the start of camp. 

Refund Policy

There is a $50 (per camper) cancellation fee.  All cancellations received no later than June 1, 2008 will receive a full refund, minus the $50 administrative fee.  After June 1, 2008 refunds will be processed in case of medical injury/illness with documentation.  Campers who leave during camp will receive a pro-rated refund after all non-refundable refunds have been paid.
