What you can expect with Preseason Fitness Testing

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your fitness will be evaluated on the first two days of preseason.

 

  • You should expect to run the field guantlet first thing.  Bring your cleats to the meeting because we'll go straight to the field.

 

  • Other fitness evaluations will be conducted and will likely contain a battery of tests (a combination of 120's, 200's, 300's as well as push ups, situps and agility) and the beep test.

 

  • You should have become familiar with the different sprint, endurance and agility exercises listed in your journal over the summer

 

  • Finally, it is not going to be easy.  If you are not physically fit and prepared you will be removed from the active team roster until your fitness meets the standards.
