Subbasin 8 is the upper West Branch of the Susquehanna River  and is the westernmost portion of the drainage.  It ends at the confluence of Sinnemahoning Creek with the West Branch.

Subbasin 9 is the central West Branch of the Susquehanna River.   This subbasin extends from the confluence of Sinnemahoning Creek to the confluence with Pine Creek in Lycoming County.

Subbasin 10 is the lower West Branch of the Susquehanna River and is the easternmost portion of the drainage.  This subbasin extends from the confluence with Pine Creek to the confluence with the main stem of the Susquehanna River near Sunbury.
