H,O.P.E. Center - Haven Outreach Program for Empowerment Center

The H.O.P.E. Center is Lock Haven University's center dedicated to raising awareness of gender violence, relationship violence, and sexual assault

The H.O.P.E. Center offers programs regarding those issues, a space for those interested in meeting to discuss those issues, and support groups for those who have dealt with those issues.

Parent-Student Day Care Discount
This opportunity is available to full-time students with children. The university will pay 30% of child care costs if the child is enrolled in one of the three day care centers that have an established contract with LHU. The child care centers are:

Lock Haven Day Care (located on Susquehanna Ave)
Women's Center - Downtown Lock Haven (34 W Main St)

The Women's Center works with both women and men who are victims of domestic abuse or sexual assault
