• The best time to come to the Writing Center is when you have a rough draft.  A tutor will read the draft with you, help you see problems, and guide you in revising and editing.
• If you're having trouble getting started with an assignment, or having trouble organizing what you want to write, we can help you "talk it out" and see possibilities.
• We can also help in the final editing and proofreading stages.
• If you think you need some basic review of English, the Writing Center can help with that, too.

Remember: Don't wait until ten minutes before a paper is due to come to the Writing Center!  We can help most if you give yourself time to revise and improve your work.

The Writing Center doesn't guarantee an "A" paper, but you can expect that the paper you leave with will be better than the paper you came in with!
