Course Description:   The course is 99% grass and totally flat.  There are a couple places where the course crosses a dirt road. 

Rosters:                      Please submit team rosters for the championship program by Wednesday, September 24th, 2008, to Lock Haven Sports Information

Timing:                       Timing is being done by Runhigh, utilizing the ChampionChip system.  For more information on the chip system and how it works, visit the

Entry:                          Entries of all possible participants (including first name, last name, year of eligibility) should be submitted no later than Monday, October 13th,
2008.  Please send them to Aaron Russell at ARUSSELL@LHUP.EDU or fax to his attention at: (570) 484-2709.

Declarations:              Final declarations must be made before the start of the coaches meeting at 10am.  Final declarations will be posted for the coaches meeting.

Coaches Meeting:     A coaches technical meeting will be held at 10:00am at the finish line tent.  A coach from each institution must be present. 

Trainers:                     Trainers will be available at the course from 2:00-6:30pm on Friday, October 31st, and from 9am-2pm on Saturday, November 1st  Please see “Athletic Trainer Information.”

Lodging/Dining:         See “Lodging” or “Dining” lists. 

Lockers/Showers:      Lockers and showers will be available on the second floor of the Zimmerli Building on campus.  Please bring your own locks and towels. 

Awards:                      Awards will be presented in the Thomas Fieldhouse at approximately 1:45pm.  Results will also be available for coaches at this time.
