Lock Haven University is proud to be hosting the 2007 NCAA Division II East Region Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships.  The enclosed information should assist you in planning your visit.  Local hotels will fill up quickly since there is a home football game at Penn State that weekend, so I urge you to make your arrangements as soon as possible.

Please make yourself aware of the proper entry and declaration procedures as there are a few changes this year.  They can be found in the 2007 NCAA Cross Country Championships Handbook located on the NCAA’s website.

Final declarations must be completed online by noon on Friday, November 2^nd.  Direct Athletics is the web service that will be used and the link is http://www.directathletics.com
