Student employment is very important to the success of Lock Haven University. Student employment is not only valuable to the students who benefit from the pay and work experience, but also to the various university departments that depend on students to assist with their operation. It is very important that students who are employed or are seeking employment at Lock Haven University read the Student Employment Practices. New student employees and student employees with a Fund Center Change must complete the following documents. Choose the link below that best fits your employment status, then complete and print all forms. These forms need to be completed as a condition of employment AFTER employment is obtained.

All completed forms should be turned in to the student's supervisor/timekeeper for
review and processing.
*Note: New or rehired students may not begin work until all employment forms are complete and they receive an email from the payroll office saying they are cleared to begin working.
